We’re on the lookout for experienced customer resolutions specialists to join our client, Volkswagen Financial Services UK.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing high-risk and complex complaints end-to-end
  • Handling CEO, social media and vulnerable customer escalations
  • Making fair, commercially sound redress decisions
  • Acting as a subject matter expert across complaints processes
  • Identifying root cause trends and driving process improvements

What we’re looking for:

  • Financial services or regulated sector experience
  • Strong complaint handling and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident decision-maker with excellent written communication
