In this Newly Qualified Solicitor role, you will handle a purposely broad and varied caseload in order to expand your experience and find out what you enjoy most at this early stage of your career.
This will include working on:
- Investment and Development
- Landlord & Tenant matters
- Acquisitions & disposals
- Asset management work
- Regeneration
- & Joint ventures
You will be supported by and work very closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners (inside & outside of the real estate team) and adviseloyalclients including:
- Pension funds
- Property investors
- Asset managers
- Overseas investors
- Developers
- Public & Private Sector bodies
What will you need?
- To be a newly qualified solicitor or legal executive with up to 3 years’ experience
- To have completed a real estate seat – or have existing real estate experience
- Full support and training will be given
