- Solid background in mechanical systems, MEP coordination, and installation on complex projects
- Strong commercial awareness, including cost control and budget management
- Good understanding of HSE standards related to MEP works
- Ability to manage internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners
- Excellent stakeholder skills with experience working closely with clients and design teams
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the handover from Estimating into Construction
- Working with the Project Director to ensure the project is correctly resourced
- Validating the project and setting up business plans, cost controls, cash flow, and billing schedules
- Preparing key project documentation, including procurement plans, design schedules, programmes, s-curves, and histograms
- Overseeing safety and quality plans for the project
- Mobilising subcontractors and labour in line with the delivery strategy
- Ensuring all project measures and deliverables are aligned before construction begins
