This is a pivotal executive role responsible for aligning, empowering and holding accountable the department leaders to deliver safe, efficient, compliant and high-performing operations.
This is not a hands-on functional role, it is about orchestrating excellence through strong leadership, clarity and coordination.

- Proven executive-level operational leadership experience exclusively in a manufacturing environment
- Strong track record of leading through managers of manufacturing/engineering departments
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Ability to balance delivery, quality, cost, and customer expectations
