Description
- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and reorganisations
- Manage due diligence processes and drafting key transactional documents
- Support partners on complex corporate transactions and strategic deals
- Build strong relationships with owner-managed and private equity-backed businesses
- Contribute to business development initiatives and supporting the growth of the corporate team
Profile
The ideal candidate will be around 5+ PQE with experience from a strong national or international firm working on all corporate deals.
Job Offer
This is an open opportunity for senior Corporate Solicitors from 5 years’ of experience and above. The salary banding will therefore depend on experience, starting from £75k plus benefits including team-based bonus structure.
