Construo Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-quality residential apartment scheme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Main contractor delivering impressive residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and programme of works
• Ensure quality, budget, health & safety, and timelines are consistently met
• Coordinate with design, commercial, and client teams
• Chair site meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks and drive project performance

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing residential apartment projects (from £5m-£15m+)
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes and regulations
• Able to deliver projects to programme and budget with a focus on quality
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred
