We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor who will play a critical role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards. You’ll be the guardian of compliance, driving defect reduction and supporting continuous improvement across all sites

Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc audits across construction sites nationwide
- Perform physical inspections to verify adherence to design and quality standards
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Design, and Production teams to resolve quality issues
- Deliver training packages to operations teams and supply cha
- Report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor pre-handover inspections to ensure defect reduction targets are met
- Contribute to the development of internal SOPs and QA processes
What we’re looking for
- Quality Standards Knowledge: ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- Strong understanding of construction processes and technical requirements
- Auditing & Inspection Skills: Ability to perform compliance audits and inspections
- 365Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ski
- Communication & Leadership: Confident, clear communicator with authority to enforce standards
