Financial Controller

We’re looking for a Financial Controller to join a privately owned Professional service business and own the full financial control function. This is a senior, high‑visibility role working closely with the CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Group & Statutory Reporting: End‑to‑end ownership of Group accounts, subsidiary reporting and all external reporting requirements.
• Treasury: Cash management, liquidity oversight, forecasting and optimisation of funding and repatriation.
• Operational Finance: Delivery of a high‑performing transactional finance function with strong controls and efficient processes.
• Business Partnering: Month‑end close, Board reporting, performance insight and commercial challenge.
• Financial Control: Balance sheet integrity, control frameworks and risk management.

What You Bring

• ACA/ACCA of equivalent qualified with industry experience.
• Background in professional services or SME’s
• Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership capability with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Resilience and adaptability in a high‑change environment.
