We work with many of the top asset managers, investment firms, and financial services businesses in the industry, building long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.
We’re looking to hire an experienced agency recruiter (12 months+), ideally with exposure to financial services, marketing, or HR recruitment, to join our growing team. This is a role for someone who enjoys quality‑led recruitment, wants to work with a respected brand, and values clear structure and progression.
The role
- End‑to‑end agency recruitment
- Managing and developing client relationships with leading firms
- Sourcing, engaging, and advising experienced candidates
- Running multiple live roles and building long‑term candidate pipelines
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in agency recruitment (essential)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Commercially aware, organised, and self‑motivated
- Professional, consultative approach to recruitment
