What You’ll Be Doing:
- Business Development – Proactively identifying and securing new client opportunities through phone-based and face-to-face engagement
- Candidate Sourcing & Management – Attracting top talent through job boards, social media, and networking
- Sales & Negotiation – Matching candidates with the right opportunities and closing deals
- Building Long-Term Relationships – Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients and candidates
