The Opportunity
You will operate in a full 360 recruitment capacity within the life sciences and pharmaceutical space, partnering with global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
- Generating new business and developing long-term client partnerships
- Proactively sourcing and headhunting specialist candidates
- Conducting in-depth candidate interviews and competency assessments
- Negotiating offers and managing the closing process
- Account management and client retention
- Providing market intelligence and consultative insight to clients
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in agency recruitment
- Proven track record operating in a full 360 recruitment role
- Strong business development and consultative selling skills
- Confident, professional communicator
- Target-driven with a resilient mindset
- Interested in developing expertise within a specialist, high-margin sector
