The Role
In this role, you will take ownership of strategic initiatives that optimise approval rates and customer conversion. You will:
- Lead strategic projects focused
- Use SQL to interrogate complex, multisource datasets and derive insights that drive commercial decisions.
- Design scalable data frameworks and tracking systems to enhance decision quality.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, and Operations to integrate data, refine logic, and enhance decisioning.
- Support the evolution of a new decisioning platform, ensuring it balances customer experience, risk, and commercial outcomesour to market changes, helping shape strategies across business and consumer product lines.
Your Skills and Experience
You will be a strong fit if you bring:
- A background in data‑led decisioning environments.
- Experience using data to influence commercial strategy and optimise performance.
- The ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.
- A problem‑solving mindset with the ability to balance multiple business objectives.
