About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Product Manager for our reputable client based in Dorchester.

This is a key operational role within the business, working closely with the Account Management & Marketing team and other internal stakeholders to ensure the products are well managed, clearly documented, and effectively communicated both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will have solid product management experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams. You will play an important role in keeping projects organised, improving internal processes, and helping translate product updates into clear messaging for marketing and client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate product development and improvement initiatives
  • Maintain clear and structured product documentation, guides, and internal resources
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to support client needs and product feedback
  • Help plan and coordinate product launches, updates, and releases
  • Assist with marketing-related tasks
  • Ensure internal teams are aligned on product updates, timelines, and priorities
  • Support operational processes to keep product workflows organised and efficient

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Product Management or a similar role
  • Excellent organisation and documentation skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Experience working with account management, sales, or client-facing teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Understanding of product lifecycle and product development processes
  • Interest or experience in marketing, product messaging, or campaign support is a strong plus

Salary & Benefits

  • £33,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
