Ensureconsistentapplicationofpoliciesandprocedures
Reviewandadviseonwarninganddisciplineandterminationdocumentation,grievanceinvitationsandoutcomesandemployeeconsultationlettersacrosstheorganization-tailoringanddeliveringrecommendationsinaneffectivewaytohelpinfluencetherightoutcomeswithstakeholderswhilemitigatingrisktotheCompany
Assistwithsupportingdocumentationforallreductionsinworkforce,restructurings,andad-hocpositioneliminations.
Workwithinternallegalcounseland,whereappropriate,externalcounseltoensurecompliancewithalllocallegislationontopicssuchasconductingworkplaceinvestigations,performancemanagement,newmarketopenings.

Investigations
PartnercloselywithourLossPreventionteamandprovideexpertiseontheinvestigationandsuccessfulresolutionofERissuesandcomplaints.
Assistwiththedevelopmentofinvestigationplansandleadcomplexinvestigationsatandaboveacertainorganizationalleveltominimizelegalrisk.
Ensurethataconsistentandequitableprocesshasbeenapplied,makerecommendations,andoverseeimplementationofdecisionsthatleadtothefairandconsistentresolutionofclaimsrelatedtodiscriminationharassment,workingconditions,disciplinaryactions,andemployeeandapplicantappealsandgrievances.

Understandandutiliseexistingtoolstoenableacasemanagementapproachthatensureeffectiveandefficientresponseandresolution.
