Job Description:

The Role:

As Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers across NHS and private pathology laboratories, supporting order processing, service coordination and general customer enquiries.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail and confident communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing customer orders for instrumentation, consumables and spare parts
  • Coordinating with field service engineers regarding service requests and installations
  • Liaising with internal departments including logistics, finance and technical teams
  • Managing CRM updates and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Supporting service contract administration
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service, order processing or service coordination
  • Experience within medical devices
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM / ERP systems
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
