Position overview

The Senior Marketing Manager is a strategic and highly collaborative leader responsible for driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue for the hotels and their on-site dining outlets. This role oversees both the Field Marketing Manager and F&B Marketing Manager, ensuring cohesive execution across all marketing functions. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in hospitality marketing, brand management, digital strategy, and cross‑functional leadership.

Job duties & responsibilities

  • Drive the marketing strategy & execution, upholding brand standards & guidelines.
  • Lead and develop the Field Marketing Manager and F&B Marketing Manager to ensure high‑quality execution and aligned priorities
  • Provide strategic direction and day‑to‑day support to ensure all initiatives ladder up to property revenue and brand goals
  • Foster strong cross‑functional relationships with hotel leadership teams
  • Assist in managing external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand goals and performance metrics
  • Maintain effective internal communication to ensure key hotel departments understand marketing objectives, timelines and initiatives
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth

Education, Skills & Experience

  • 6 – 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record leading teams and managing cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, CRM/email marketing, and event activation.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand storytelling
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
