Senior Research Software Consultant (MAC) | Remote

Position: Software Expert (Scientific and Analytical)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: Upto $100 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Record screen sessions demonstrating expert workflows with clear verbal narration.
• Annotate screenshots by drawing precise bounding boxes around relevant UI elements.
• Follow staging instructions to set up specific interface states prior to recording.
• Use provided tools to capture workflows accurately and consistently.
• Ensure all submissions meet strict quality and usability guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with professional scientific or analytical software such as MATLAB, Origin, Stata, or EViews.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured instructions.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
• Reliable access to a physical Mac system.
