We’re partnering with a fast-growing consumer fintech platform used by over a million customers to hire a Lead Product Manager who will play a key role in shaping how intelligent capabilities power the product experience.
This is a senior individual-contributor role focused on designing how advanced capabilities—such as personalisation, automation, and recommendations—are embedded across a complex product ecosystem. You’ll work across product, engineering, and data teams to ensure new capabilities are thoughtfully designed, scalable, and consistently applied across the platform.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Shaping how intelligent capabilities are integrated across customer journeys and product experiences.
- Working across product, engineering, and data teams to design scalable solutions for complex initiatives.
- Defining frameworks, patterns, and best practices that help teams deliver consistent, high-quality product changes.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure initiatives align with long-term product strategy and customer outcomes.
- Helping teams navigate complexity by clarifying dependencies, system interactions, and integration points.
- Encouraging a holistic approach to product development, ensuring solutions work across journeys rather than in isolated features.
What you’ll bring:
- Several years of product management experience in complex digital or platform environments.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to design solutions across systems, journeys, and capabilities.
- Experience delivering cross-team initiatives that require coordination across multiple product and engineering groups.
- Comfort working with data-driven or intelligent product capabilities such as personalisation, automation, or recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams while translating complexity into clear direction.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across product, technology, and leadership.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled product features or decisioning systems.
- Experience working in fintech, banking, payments, or other regulated environments.
- Background contributing to shared platforms or reusable product capabilities.
