Role Summary & Key Responsibilities

You will

  • Lead design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Act as solution architect across the SuccessFactors suite
  • Support presales with solution design, proposals, and demos
  • Provide delivery assurance and governance for complex programmes
  • Advise clients at senior and executive levels

Delivery Architecture & Leadership

  • Own design and delivery of multi-stream SAP SuccessFactors programmes
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, technical specialists, and offshore centers
  • Provide architectural governance, risk management, and quality assurance
  • Ensure scalable, supportable solutions aligned with SAP best practice and NTT DATA standards
  • Support client discovery, requirements, and solution shaping
  • Prepare proposals, narratives, and delivery approaches
  • Deliver SAP SuccessFactors system demos tailored to client priorities
  • Ensure solutions are realistic, deliverable, and aligned with delivery capability
  • Facilitate smooth transition from presales to delivery

Client Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Advise HR, IT, and business leaders on SAP SuccessFactors roadmap, optimisation, and transformation journeys
  • Support ongoing client engagement through roadmap discussions, advisory services, and programme reviews

Practice Development & Thought Leadership

  • Contribute to SAP SuccessFactors service offerings, delivery accelerators, and advisory services
  • Support marketing and sales enablement via thought leadership content and webinars
  • Mentor consultants and support capability development

Governance, Quality, & Capability Assurance

  • Validate and govern estimates, plans, and solutions for SuccessFactors programmes
  • Provide delivery input into contracts, statements of work, and service descriptions
  • Champion consistent standards across presales and delivery

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years professional experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
  • Hands-on expertise in Employee Central; cross‑module knowledge in Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Management, Compensation, Payroll
  • Proven experience leading end‑to‑end SuccessFactors implementations as a solution architect
  • Experience supporting presales, solution design, and proposal development
  • Knowledge in data migration, system integrations, reporting/analytics, and People Analytics
