With strong investor backing and an ambitious leadership team, the business is entering its next phase of expansion and is seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller to build and lead a best-in-class finance function.

As Financial Controller, you will take ownership of financial reporting, controls, and operational finance, while partnering closely with the Finance Director and wider leadership team.
Key responsibilities for the Financial Controller position will include:
- Lead and develop the day-to-day finance function
- Own monthly management accounts, board reporting, and KPI analysis
- Build robust financial controls, processes, and systems to support scale
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning
- Partner with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams to drive margin improvement
- Oversee audit, tax, and statutory reporting requirements
About You:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent)
- Experience within FMCG, consumer, retail, or a product-led business
- Background in a high-growth and/or VC/PE-backed environment preferred
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with a commercial mindset
- Experience improving processes and implementing finance systems
- Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable operating in a scaling business
