A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join a highly regarded real assets investment manager in London. This is a broad, fast-paced in-house role offering real ownership, senior exposure and the chance to help shape legal processes within a collaborative and entrepreneurial business.
Thelegalteamsupportstheorganisationandthefundsitmanagesacrossawiderangeofcommercial,governanceandoperationalmatters,workingcloselywithexternaladvisersandinternalstakeholders.
This role reports into Legal Counsel and works closely with senior stakeholders including the COO, company secretarial and compliance teams.
Therole
Thisisahands onpositioncombininglegalsupport,projectcoordinationandlegaloperations. Candidates with a real estate or fund management background would be of particular interest.

- Supportingonboardingofnewsuppliersandtenderprocesses
- Draftingandupdatinginternalpoliciesandmaintaininglegaldocumentation
- Maintainingandimprovinglegalprecedentsandguidancenotes
- Supportingboardandcommitteepapersandgovernanceprocesses
- Managinglegalworkstreamsandtrackingprojectdeliverables
- Liaisingdirectlywithexternallawfirmsandprofessionaladvisers
- Supportinglegalspendtracking,budgetingandreporting
- Helpingimplementnewlegalprocessesandtools
