We are a high growth recruitment agency with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results for both clients and candidates. With a warm desk available and a high- performing, supportive environment built for success, we are now looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with proven business development or sales experience who is either already working in recruitment or looking to transition into a consultancy role with full training and long term progression.

The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in developing client relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and delivering recruitment solutions that add real value. You’ll benefit from working a warm desk with access to established clients and live vacancies, while also being encouraged to grow and develop your own client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop strong client relationships through proactive business development
  • Source, attract, and manage candidates for client vacancies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to offer and placement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our CRM
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive, ambitious, and high performing team

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with commercially minded individuals who bring confidence, resilience, and a strong work ethic. You may already be working in recruitment or come from a B2B sales or business development background either way, you’re motivated, target driven, and eager to build a successful career in recruitment.

Essential skills & experience:

  • Strong background in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and take on feedback
  • Commercial awareness and a professional approach
