Location: Bournemouth
Salary: Up to £80,000 (commensurate with experience and hours)
Working pattern: Full-time = 4 days per week
Weekends: 1 in 4 Saturdays only
On-call: None

You’ll be joining a well-organised first-opinion practice with a loyal client base and a manageable caseload. The focus here is on delivering excellent clinical care without running yourself into the ground.
This is a role for a vet who wants high standards, autonomy, and genuine work–life balance.
First-opinion consultations and routine surgery
Managing medical cases with confidence and care
Working collaboratively with experienced RVNs and support staff
Building strong client relationships
Maintaining excellent clinical and professional standards
RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
Confident in first-opinion practice
