The Role – Managing Quantity Surveyor
As the Managing QS, you will take ownership of commercial delivery across multiple local projects while leading and developing a small team of Quantity Surveyors. Responsibilities include:
- Managing cost control, forecasting and commercial reporting
- Overseeing procurement, subcontract management and contract administration
- Leading commercial strategy across building and refurbishment schemes
- Mentoring and supporting QS team members
- Ensuring projects are delivered to budget, quality and programme targets
This position is ideal for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a leadership role, or an existing Managing Quantity Surveyor seeking a new challenge with a progressive contractor.
