About the Role

You will work in an Account Management-focused position, managing relationships with a portfolio of exciting US-based startups rather than being responsible for cold business development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with innovative AI and tech startups across the United States
• Supporting clients through the hiring and placement process
• Managing and developing long-term client relationships
• Working closely with candidates and hiring teams to deliver high-quality talent

• Average fee value around £45,000
• Up to 30% commission in the top earnings bracket
• Central Manchester office with hybrid working
• Early evening working required a few days per week to align with US clients
