The Role

  • The Business Development Manager will develop and grow relationships with national and regional house builders, developers, and new‑build contractors.
  • Identify new project opportunities and secure specifications for windows, doors, and associated fenestration products.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to tender, negotiation, and contract award.
  • The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams (estimating, technical, operations) to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, site meetings, and client presentations.
  • Deliver against agreed sales targets and contribute to long‑term strategic growth.

About You

  • Proven experience selling windows, doors, or wider fenestration products into the new build or residential construction market.
  • Strong network of contacts within house builders, developers, and construction decision‑makers.
  • The Business Development Manager will be confident in technical product discussions and able to interpret drawings/specifications.
  • Commercially astute, target‑driven, and comfortable managing a field‑based role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
