We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Business Manager to lead the team at The Dental Suite’s in Loughborough, Leicester and Nottingham. As Manager your role is to strengthen operational rigour, commercial performance and leadership capability across your sites.

  • 40 hours per week
  • Working on site across practices

About You

  • Leading a high performing business, that has a positive growth profile from revenue, day to day running and customer NPS score
  • Passionate about delivering great service
  • Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
  • Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
  • Delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
