Responsibilities

Team Intro

Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) is a core pillar within Corporate Services, responsible for shaping the spaces and environments where our employees work, collaborate, and grow. As an in‑house team, we manage the full lifecycle of workplace strategy, real‑estate planning, and facilities operations, delivering end‑to‑end solutions that support the company’s expansion and long‑term sustainability worldwide.

  • Maintain and manage facilities operations data, including maintenance records, utilities, office data, and vendor performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation to support reporting, operational transparency, and audit readiness.
  • Produce regular KPI and performance reports, identifying trends, performance gaps, and potential operational risks.
  • Support budget administration by monitoring Facilities management spend, tracking invoices, purchase orders, accruals, and vendor payments.
  • Assist with financial reporting, including variance analysis, cost tracking, and identification of potential cost efficiencies.
  • Support day‑to‑day facilities management operations, including service coordination, issue tracking, maintenance activities, relocations, and workplace initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery, monitor SLA performance, and maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Operations, or a related administrative role.
  • Experience supporting budget tracking and operational data reporting.
  • Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience using CAFM systems, financial tracking tools, or reporting dashboards.
  • Exposure to vendor coordination or basic project support within facilities or workplace operations.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, if required.
