Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager based in Congleton. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with potential clients, and develop strategies to grow market share. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service offerings. The role requires liaising with current and prospective clients while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Regular participation in industry events and market research to expand G59 Projects Ltd’s presence in the Renewable Industry is expected.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and client relationship management skills, with an ability to build and maintain professional connections.
- Sales, business development, and contract negotiation experience, particularly in the Renewable Industry.
- Understanding of the Renewable Industry, including DNO applications, G99 Protection Panels, and related products or services is preffered but full training and ongoing support will be provided.
- Proficient in market research and strategic planning to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Experience in project management or technical sales in the engineering or energy sector is an advantage.
