My client, an impressive, fast growing and creative comms agency are looking for a new Digital Account Director to join their fabulous team. Recognised with over 60 nominations for their campaign work in just the last two years, this agency is growing from strength to strength and doing exceptionally well.

Offices based in Holborn with a super flexible hybrid working programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day lead on social media retained accounts – managing projects seamlessly and to deadline
  • Create strategic, relevant responses to digital/social media briefs as well as developing proposals and leading pitches for new briefs
  • Managing and mentoring your team as well as building and maintaining great relationships with clients
  • Developing creative strategies and approaches, working closely with design and development teams to bring ideas to fruition
  • Analyse market data and trends to gain a deep understanding of the broader strategic issues facing clients’ businesses in terms of industry trends and competitive activity
  • Offering strong strategic support by uncovering and analysing relevant insights
  • Lead on and attend monthly content shoots, briefing and managing the creative teams
  • Strong communication and expectation management of internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of digital multi-channel experience
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong agency experience working with clients in delivering digital and social strategies xwzovoh
  • FMCG/F&D/Lifestyle/Interiors experience – beneficial but not essential
  • A strong understanding of digital and social media marketing tools for organic publication, paid social and analysis – predominantly across LinkedIn, Twitter and Google search
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
