Associate Recruitment Consultant – Derry / Londonderry

3D Personnel is seeking an ambitious and driven Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Recruitment Team in Derry / Londonderry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background working in an office, sales or customer service who wants to build a long-term career in recruitment. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants, learning the full 360° recruitment process through structured training and hands-on mentoring.

What You’ll Do

• Source and engage candidates through databases, job boards and networking
• Screen candidates and assess skills, experience and career goals
• Support senior consultants with live roles and client management
• Advertise roles and maintain accurate candidate records
• Coordinate interviews, compliance and recruitment administration
• Deliver a high standard of service to candidates and clients

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service role or an office environment
• Strong communicator with a proactive, target-driven mindset
• Organised, motivated and team-oriented
• Recruitment experience not required — full training provided
