HVAC Project Manager

EliteHire Solutions are looking for an experienced Mechanical HVAC Building Project Manager to join a well established Midlands based M&E design and build contractor delivering commercial and industrial projects valued from £50k to £5m. This role is ideal for a seasoned Mechanical professional who enjoys owning projects from design through installation, commissioning and final handover. The Role You’ll manage full lifecycle HVAC projects, including: • System design, specifications and technical submissions • Procurement of suppliers and subcontractors • Site coordination and subcontractor management • Cost control, variations, forecasts and applications for payment • Client meetings, site inspections and issue resolution • Commissioning, handover and O&M documentation What We’re Looking For • HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical or Building Services (or equivalent experience) • 10 years in Mechanical HVAC design & build projects • Strong commercial and project delivery experience • AutoCAD knowledge (BIM experience beneficial) • Confident communicator and problem solver Package • £50k to £60k salary • Company car, phone, laptop • Pension bonus scheme • Long term projects with a supportive team environment If you’re ready to step into a key delivery role with real project ownership, we’d love to chat.41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15…
