YOUR ROLE
- Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing team that delivers excellence every day.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across both hotels.
- Drive revenue growth, cost control and overall financial performance.
- Maximise the success and evolution of the MAM concept Restaurant.
- Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and brand compliance.
- Act as a visible leader and ambassador for ibis, Novotel and Accor
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE
- Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment. xwzovoh
