Customer Support Advisor – Education Sector

£27,040 pa| Full time | Belfast | Onsite Fortnightly pay

What you’ll be doing: Customer Support Advisor

You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat. You’ll help users with:

  • Registration and scheduling

  • Assessment delivery and results

  • Documentation and exam procedures

  • General queries that need clarity and reassurance

You’ll log everything accurately, follow process properly and escalate when needed. Its structured, fast-paced and highly organised.

The hours (important – please read): Customer Support Advisor

  • 45 hours per week

  • On-site in Belfast, 5 days per week

  • April–June: full flexibility required between 8am–8pm, Monday–Sunday (peak period)

  • Other months: typically 8am–5pm

If you need fixed hours or cant commit to peak flexibility, this wont be the right fit.
