We are looking for a kind, patient, and motivated Support Worker to work 1:1 with a male client who has a learning disability, dyspraxia, dyslexia, and anxiety. This is a rewarding opportunity to support someone in building confidence, independence, and life skills in a safe and understanding environment.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will:
Provide consistent emotional reassurance to reduce anxiety
Assist with planning, organisation, and task completion
Encourage engagement in meaningful daily activities
Support community access and confidence-building
Ideal Candidate:
Understanding of learning disabilities and neurodivergent needs
Calm, clear communicator with a positive attitude
Experience with anxiety support and structured routines
Able to promote autonomy while offering appropriate support
