We are hiring Warehouse operatives to work on the night shift in a chilled warehouse environment for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire
Shift: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
Hours: 18.30 to 05.00
Pay rate: £14.37 basic (£16.10 inc hol pay ) Overtime at x 1.5 after 45 hours worked
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pack goods for shipping and storage Stack items safely and efficiently
- Pick items as per the guidelines provided.
- Inspect packaging for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including packaging trays and surrounding areas.
- Monitor product quality and remove defective products from the line.
- Move goods aroud site and load trailers
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
• Prior experience working in a similar warehouse role
