About the Role
One of our clients a leading facilities management company, is seeking an experiencedBMS ServicingEngineerto join their national Building Management Systems team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance and optimisation of BMS platforms, with a focus onTrend Controlsand/orTridium/Niagarasystems.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of private sector sites, providing both planned and reactive services while developing your expertise across multiple BMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Deliverplanned preventative maintenance (PPM)across client sites.
Diagnose, recommend, and implementsystem improvements and remedial works.
Carry out surveys, prepare proposals, and quote for remedial or small works.
Supportreactive calloutsand assist the wider BMS Operations team.
Commission small projects and gain hands-on experience withTridium, Trend, and Distechsystems.
Collaborate with anational team of 50+ BMS engineers and managers, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager.
Experience & Skills Required
Trend Expertlevel capability, including modifications to software and schematics (Trend 963 & IQVision).
Proficiency withHoneywell SETor similar engineering tools.
Solid experience withat least two BMS platforms, including integration using Modbus, MBus, and Bacnet protocols.
Good understanding ofIT networking and IP configuration.
Strong technical knowledge ofHVAC integration and third-party systems.
Ideally, anelectrical backgroundwith a minimum of 3 years’ experience in BMS engineering.
