Essential Requirements
Previous expereinces supporting children or adults in various setting including sheltered accomodation, nursing and residential homes.
Ability to work safely in high-pressure and crisis situations
Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans and safeguarding protocols
Resilience, reliability, and commitment to providing high-quality care
The Role
Provide safe, consistent support to service users and residents experiencing a variety of complex needs
Deliver person-centred care and emotional support during periods of crisis
Assist with daily living tasks, life skills, and activities to promote independence
Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with colleagues
Promote safety, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for all residents
