EC&I Control System Design Engineer (PES)

We are recruiting for 2xEC&I Control System Design Engineersfor several majornuclear projects based in Warrington. To work within the CE&I design team delivering, supporting others delivering and checkingProgrammable Electronic System (PES)based Control System designs/updates to meet functional and business needs. The implementation, testing and commissioning of the designs/updates is undertaken by other dedicated site-based teams hence is outside the scope of this role.

Essential Experience:

• Academic Qualification: Minimum – HNC
• Professional Qualification: Minimum – Incorporated Engineer
• Minimum 3 years successfully delivering as a PES based Control System Design Engineer on external multidiscipline projects, from concept design through to handover, with a working knowledge of the appropriate Engineering Standards
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information to other team members/disciplines
• Providing support to Commissioning
• Willingness to support early career Engineers

Desirable Experience:

• Minimum 5 years successfully delivering as a PES based Control System Design Engineer on external and/or SL multidiscipline projects, from concept design through to handover, with a working understanding of the appropriate Engineering Standards
