Your Role
• Support young people with daily living activities• Promote independence, wellbeing and personal development• Assist with routines, education and activities• Build positive and trusting relationships• Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing are always prioritised• Work collaboratively within a supportive care team
About You
• Caring, patient and compassionate• Experience in care, support work or youth work desirable• Passionate about supporting vulnerable young people• Strong teamwork and communication skills
