Job Description: Seeking a reliable and computer-literate individual to assist with placing orders for agricultural food products. This position involves handling order placement, managing administration tasks and emails, ensuring all order details are accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place orders for agricultural food products accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders.
- Use SAP software to process orders, track inventory, and generate reports.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience using SAP software (desriable).
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team.
- Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
- A love for dogs (office dog present at the workplace).
