Service Manager

Job Title: Service Manager Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 Hours: 40 per week plus additional hours during busy periods

Role Overview

My Client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Manager with strong experience in the Agricultural Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers to understand service requirements and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Organise and allocate workshop jobs to maximise efficiency, matching work to technician skill levels.
• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
• Check completed work for accuracy in parts and labour, ensuring correct and timely invoicing.
• Supervise and support technicians, assisting with training and development in coordination with management.
• Maintain professional relationships with John Deere and other manufacturers, ensuring procedures and standards are followed.
• Assist with hiring, training, and retaining skilled workshop staff.
