Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy.
- Oversee financial operations, controls, and reporting across multiple international markets.
- Provide commercial insight and strategic support to business unit leaders.
- Drive margin improvement, cost efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Support M&A activity, funding strategies, and potential Buy & Build initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with global tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board.
About You:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record as a CFO within a consultancy, agency, or insight-led business. You must have recently worked in a setting where data and insight is the product.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting business development and pricing strategies.
- Experience in private equity, M&A, or funding environments. You must have previous experience of working with a business owner to scale and sell.
- A collaborative, people-focused leader with high integrity and a calm, strategic mindset.
- Comfortable operating in an agile, entrepreneurial environment.
