As our Head of Finance, you will be the a strategic financial partner to the Executive Team, overseeing a 40‑strong global finance function across 16 international entities.
Head of Finance is a global role within our Finance and Corporate Services Leadership Team in addition to being accountable for our financial strategies and execution, you will be part of a leadership team responsible for Strategic Programme delivery, Legal and Risk, Enterprise Technology including our approach to AI, and our Procurement and Supply Chain strategies.

What We’re Looking For?
- Proven financial leadership experience in mid to large multinational businesses.
- Strong commercial mindset; skilled at simplifying complexity and influencing senior leaders.
- Experienced in transformation, improving systems, processes and financial governance.
- Expertise in forecasting, scenario modelling, KPI analysis and global statutory, tax, treasury and cash management.
- Qualified accountant with significant experience in multi‑currency, international environments (UK, USA, Europe ideal.)
