Construction Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Greater Manchester for an experienced Construction Solicitor to join their expanding team.

This role is paying a competitive salary of £50,000 – £70,000 annum depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities as an Construction Solicitor:

• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts including JCT and NEC forms
• Advising on development agreements, collateral warranties, bonds, and guarantees
• Managing construction disputes including adjudication, mediation, and litigation
• Providing commercially focused legal advice to clients across various sectors
• Supporting senior solicitors and partners on complex, high-value matters
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Clear career progression opportunities
• Pension Scheme
