As part of this next chapter, they are seeking an experienced Category Manager with strong branded grocery experience to help unlock further growth across the UK retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret category and customer data to identify growth opportunities
- Deliver concise monthly reporting with clear commercial implications
- Create retailer-facing category insight decks to support joint business planning
- Execute category strategy within key accounts (range, availability, promotions)
- Support Sales and Marketing with account-specific analysis and customer meetings
- Provide input on NPD, pricing and promotional effectiveness
About You
- Experience working with UK Grocery Multiples
- Strong analytical skills working with market data tools (Nielsen, Circana, Kantar)
- Collaborative and personable approach to relationship building and stakeholder engagement
- Commercially astute and analytical with strong presentation and story-telling ability
