Already an established name within their category, this certified B Corp business has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation and sustainability – and is now primed for UK expansion.

As part of this next chapter, they are seeking an experienced Category Manager with strong branded grocery experience to help unlock further growth across the UK retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and interpret category and customer data to identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver concise monthly reporting with clear commercial implications
  • Create retailer-facing category insight decks to support joint business planning
  • Execute category strategy within key accounts (range, availability, promotions)
  • Support Sales and Marketing with account-specific analysis and customer meetings
  • Provide input on NPD, pricing and promotional effectiveness

About You

  • Experience working with UK Grocery Multiples
  • Strong analytical skills working with market data tools (Nielsen, Circana, Kantar)
  • Collaborative and personable approach to relationship building and stakeholder engagement
  • Commercially astute and analytical with strong presentation and story-telling ability
