Based in the firm’s Birmingham office, this role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile real estate developments across multiple sectors, supporting major investors, developers and occupiers across the UK.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead projects from early concept through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractor teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing real estate projects through feasibility, design, procurement and delivery
- Acting as the primary client interface and trusted advisor
- Leading consultant teams and coordinating project stakeholders
- Managing programme, risk, cost and quality performance
- Supporting the development of junior team members and project delivery capability
Projects typically span commercial, residential, mixed-use, industrial and public sector real estate developments, offering strong sector variety and exposure.
About You
- Consultancy or client-side project management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understanding of project delivery across the full lifecycle
- Experience working with JCT or NEC contracts
