As a Product Owner, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering the technology capabilities that support Global Switch’s global operations. You will be part of a team that owns the end-to-end delivery, continuous improvement, and innovation of our technology estate.
You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders both at the group in our corporate head office and our data centre locations to drive productivity, enhance our platforms on an ongoing basis, and embed scalable technology solutions across the business. From overseeing service delivery and innovation roadmaps to implementing robust return on investment frameworks and ensuring compliance with evolving legislation, you will ensure our digital environment remains resilient, efficient, and aligned with strategic goals.
You’re a strategic and delivery-focused Product Owner who thrives on driving innovation and continuous improvement. You’re confident managing complex technology platforms, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals. With a strong grasp of service performance, compliance, and ROI, you bring clarity, structure, and momentum to every project.
