Tenant Liaison Officer
Location: West Midlands – Social Housing / Maintenance Division – Liberty
We’re looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to join our team, ensuring tenants feel informed, supported, and valued throughout essential maintenance and improvement works.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the Tenant Liaison function across multiple sites.
- Attend regular meetings with tenants, site teams, and client representatives to maintain strong, transparent relationships.
- Provide a consistent, empathetic, and professional service to all tenants.
- Act as the escalation point for tenant complaints and ensure timely, effective resolution.
- Maintain clear, accurate records and updates within on‑site systems and databases.
- Support tenants through planned and responsive maintenance programmes, ensuring clear communication at every stage.
What We’re Looking For
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Previous experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer, Resident Liaison Officer, or a similar customer‑facing role within social housing or maintenance.
- Strong understanding of planned, responsive, internal, and external works.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
