As our Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will bridge the gap between AI data intelligence and brand growth for global FMCG giants. You’ll lead strategic visibility conversations for platforms like Amazon Rufus and Walmart Sparky, translating complex LLM‑driven metrics into actionable commerce strategies that ensure world‑class brands dominate the next generation of AI‑powered search.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5–10 years of professional experience with a deep background in Amazon marketplace management (3P, Vendor, or agency‑side).
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise‑level consumer brand relationships and leading high‑level strategic conversations with senior e‑commerce stakeholders.
  • Expert‑level understanding of Amazon SEO, share‑of‑voice, and emerging AI visibility metrics like Rufus recommendation rates and indexing.
